At RendezVues, we value the trust you place in us. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness while maintaining the integrity of our services and community experience. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing a membership, booking an event, or engaging with our matchmaking and concierge services.
1. Membership Subscriptions
- Recurring Billing: Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan) until canceled by you.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds: Payments for membership subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial months or unused time. You will continue to have access until the end of the paid term.
- Renewals: By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically renew your membership using the payment method on file unless you cancel prior to the renewal date.
2. Events & Retreats
- Event Reservations: Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
- Cancellations by You:
- If you cancel 30 days or more prior to the event date, you may receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee (to cover processing and reservation costs).
- Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.
- Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that RendezVues cancels or reschedules an event, you will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future event.
3. Introduction & Concierge Services
- Consultations & Concierge Fees: Fees paid for introduction consultations, personalized introductions, or concierge services are non-refundable once services have commenced.
- Service Packages: If a package includes multiple sessions or services, unused portions may be credited toward future services at our discretion but are not refundable in cash.
- Waitlist Fees (if applicable): Any nominal waitlist fees are non-refundable, but may be applied as credit toward a future eligible service.
4. Digital Products & Community Access
- Digital Materials (e.g., guides, resources, recordings, template bundles) are considered delivered upon purchase and are non-refundable.
- Community Access: If your membership is canceled or terminated, access to member forums, discussions, and exclusive resources will end at the conclusion of your current billing cycle.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting RendezVues to resolve the issue is considered a breach of this policy.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious payment disputes.
6. Policy Updates
RendezVues reserves the right to update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
