  • Cancel anytime in your account settings.
  • No refunds for partial months.
  • Access continues until your billing cycle ends.

  • Cancel 30+ days before: Refund minus small admin fee.
  • Cancel within 30 days: Non-refundable.
  • If we cancel: Full refund or future credit.

introductions & Concierge

  • Consultation + service fees: Non-refundable once started.
  • Package sessions: Unused portions may be credited, not refunded.

Digital Products & Community

  • Digital downloads + resources: Non-refundable.
  • Community/forum access ends when your membership ends.
